Welcome to Finley’s Farm and Friends! By booking a session, visiting the farm, or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before attending or making a purchase.

1. Bookings & Payments

• All sessions must be booked in advance through our website or approved third-party platform (Bookeo).

• Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.

• Prices are subject to change at any time but will not affect bookings already confirmed.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session are non-refundable unless in exceptional circumstances.

• If we need to cancel (e.g., due to weather or animal welfare), we will offer a full refund or reschedule your session at no extra cost.

3. Arrival & Safety

• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your session time.

• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

• Appropriate clothing and footwear should be worn (it’s a farm, after all!).

• Our team reserves the right to remove anyone acting in a way that endangers themselves, others, or the animals.

4. Animal Welfare

• Our animals are rescued and cared for with love. We expect all visitors to treat them gently and respectfully.

• Activities may vary depending on weather, animal mood, or health.

• We may limit animal interactions if we feel it’s in the animals’ best interest.

5. Liability

• Finley’s Farm and Friends is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to belongings while on-site.

• By visiting the farm, you accept the inherent risks involved with being around animals and outdoor environments.

6. Photography

• We may occasionally take photos for promotional use on our website or social media. If you prefer not to be included, please let us know when you arrive.

• You are welcome to take your own photos for personal use — please tag us if you share them online!

7. Use of Website

• Content on our site is for general information and may change without notice.

• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any material without permission.
